Chinese Pear Snow Fungus Dessert

  • Sydney 3
  • Snow lotus seeds

  • Snow swallow
30g
  • 8 pitted red dates
  • Wolfberry
5g
  • North and South apricots
10g
  • Rock sugar
50g
  • Water

Cooking steps:

  1. Snow swallows and snow lotus seeds were soaked overnight in advance.
  2. Peel, core and cut Sydney pears. Soak red dates, wolfberries and apricots together for 10 minutes.
  3. Pear, red dates, wolfberries, apricots, rock sugar and water, put them in an EOS soup pot and bring to a boil over medium heat, then turn to low heat and cook for 20 minutes.
  4. Add snow swallow and snow lotus seeds, bring to a boil and simmer for 15 minutes on low heat.
