Papaya Milk with Peach Gum

Ingredients
- 400g of papaya (cubed)
- 6 pieces of red dates (seed removed)
- 200g of peach gum (soaked overnight until softened, dirt and impurities removed)
- Rock sugar to taste
- 500ml water
- 500ml full cream milk
Preparation
- In a Heart Shaped Casserole 20cm bring water to boil.
- Add in red dates and papaya. Cook for 20 minutes or until papaya is moderately soft.
- Add in peach gum and cook for another 15 minutes over small heat.
- Turn off the heat and adjust the sweetness with rock sugar according to taste.
- Pour in milk and it is ready to be served.
