Grilled Chicken with Honey Mustard Sauce


  • Chicken thigh (with bone)

  • Potato
1 piece
Honey Mustard Sauce:

  • Honey
1 1/2 tbsp
  • Whole-grain mustard
1 1/2 tbsp
  • Lemon juice
1 tbsp
  • Olive oil
1 1/2 tbsp
  • White wine
1 1/2 tbsp
  • Garlic
2 Slices
  • Little bit of oil
  • Little bit of salt and pepper
  • Little bit of watercress
Grilled Chicken with Honey Mustard Sauce
Cooking Method:

  1. Heat a fork with fire and drill on several places on the black side of the chicken thigh. Then marinate it with salt and pepper.
  2. Mix the ingredients well in a bowl of honey mustard sauce.
  3. Marinate at room temperature for about 30 minutes.
  4. Wipe a thin oil layer to the marinated ingredients in step 3. Cut the potatos into small cubes and cut the garlic into half. Add them to your 26cm Skillet and pan-fry over medium heat. Take out the garlic before it burnt and set aside. Add the garlic again until the chicken thigh turns golden for both sides. Bake for 25 minutes in the oven with 180℃.
  5. Served with watercress.
