Can I return or exchange the Gift with Purchase?
This GWP cannot be returned or exchanged for a different item.
Can I use a coupon code and still receive the Gift with Purchase?
You may use a coupon code with your order. However, you will not receive the GWP if your final order value falls below RM2,000.00.
We do not accept any exchange/refund for product(s) purchased through the Le Creuset Malaysia website (www.lecreuset.com.my). Please refer to our Product Exchange/Refund policy [al2.1]for more information.
Upon proper examination by our customer service team, product(s) can only be exchanged in the following circumstances: -
a. incorrect item(s) delivered.
b. defective item(s) delivered; or
c. broken item(s) delivered.
Should you wish to exchange any product(s) pursuant to this paragraph, please contact our Customer Service team within 7 days from the date of receipt of your order by email to enquiries.my@lecreuset.com (open from Monday - Friday, 9:30am - 5:30pm, excludes public holidays). When you contact us, we will establish the reason for the exchange.
All return/exchange requests must be supported by a full unboxing video recording, clearly showing the package being opened and continuing until all contents are fully visible.
*Please note: If such unboxing video is not provided, we may not be able to proceed with your exchange/return request. We truly appreciate your kind understanding.
