Will the event be restocked and when?
Yes, the event will be restocked daily. However, all remaining stock are final and will not be replenished. The event operates on a first come first served basis.
Is there a limit on products purchased per customer?
No, we will not limit the number of products per purchase. We will be operating on a first-come, first-served basis.
Can I refund/exchange my purchases made at the event?
No refunds, returns or exchanges on items purchased from the event will be accepted.
What are the payment methods?
Credit/Debit Card and cash payments.
Is Duitnow accepted?
No.
Are products from the event covered by the product warranty?
Yes. All items purchased through Offline Factory to Table are covered under our standard warranty terms. For full details, please refer to the warranty booklet included with your purchase.
What happens if I purchase a damaged item? How do I receive a replacement item?

What can be done about the items I purchased that are defective, with pinholes, mis-enamelling, and flaws?
STONEWARE:
While we fully acknowledge your concerns, we would like to assure you that the apparent imperfections pointed out are, in fact, not defects, but variations. All items in the Le Creuset Stoneware range are original ceramic designs and have been hand-crafted, making each piece unique. Due to this uniqueness, there may be slight variations from piece to piece. However, we can confirm what slight movement of the lid is actually part of the product's design and not a defect.
CAST IRON:
While we fully acknowledge your concerns, we would like to assure you that the apparent imperfections pointed out are, in fact, not defects, but variations. Due to the artisanal nature of our Cast Iron cookware, which is still made at the original French foundry and hand-sprayed, there will inevitably be slight variations from product to product. However, this is completely normal and will not affect the cooking performance of the product.
