Shrimp in Guacamole Sauce


  • Peeled Shrimp
6 pieces
  • Avocado
1/2 piece
  • Onion
1/6 piece
  • Garlic
  • Lemon for taste
  • Little bit of lemon juice
  • Little bit of salt and pepper
  • Little bit of chervil
Shrimp in Guacamole Sauce
Cooking Method:

  1. Boil a pot of water with wine and salt (not in the ingredient). Add the shrimp and turn off the heat. Cut the lemon cut into six equal slices with angle.
  2. Cut the avocado into half and remove seed. Take out the flesh with a spoon. Finely chop the onion and grate the garlic.
  3. Add lemon juice, salt and pepper with the ingredient in step 2. Mix well to make the guacamole sauce.
  4. Put the mixture in step 3 to the heart cup. Place a shrimp and a lemon in each cup and chill in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes.
  5. Decorate with little chervil in each cup and serve.
